Usui Reiki and Crystal Reiki

Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing energy suitable for everyone. This natural healing brings about a sense of calm and peace and can leave you feeling totally relaxed and also reenergised. It helps to balance the body and mind by working on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

I was first attuned in 2004, and took the second attunement in 2016. I am now a Reiki Master and I see amazing results with my clients, it helps with anxiety and worry, energy levels and if you have an open mind it can connect you to a deeper level of yourself where past hurts can be healed. It is supportive in times of stress and bereavement, I can personally confirm this and is also useful to help the body heal quicker following surgery or injury.

I am now a certified Crystal Reiki Master too, bringing in the beautiful grounding vibrations of the crystals. I work with my clients to discuss what they would like to focus on and select the appropriate crystals and sacred geometry grids to enhance the Reiki energy. Crystals will be placed underneath the couch but sometimes also on top of the client if appropriate.

Clients will lay fully clothed on my couch, comfortable and supported. I use a mix of 'hands on' and 'hands off' to channel the reiki energy to you. We will discuss any physical areas or chakras that you would like to work on.

'Chakra' in ancient Hindu and Buddhism means spinning wheel of energy or a vortex. We have 7 main chakras in the body along the spine, and each is associated with an area of personal development as well as a physical gland in the body.

When chakras are out of alignment or balance, we can often feel out of sorts, uncomfortable and unhappy in our lives and often have physical problems associated with that area of the body. It's important for our mental and physcial wellbeing that we work on our chakras, to bring about balance and equilibrium.

Bliss Treatment - Reiki healing and Reflexology - 90 mins £65

The combination of reiki with reflexology is truly special. I start with reiki so that the healing energy is flowing during the whole treatment. Finishing with reflexology is a good way to ground the body, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.

Chakra Balance Massage - 1 hour £55

Combine the healing Reiki energy with a 30 mins back, neck and shoulder massage for deep relaxation, release of tension and emotional healing. In this signature treatment I use wonderful body oils and aura sprays to bring another level to the healing. These products are organic, with natural oils and spring water sprays combined with essential oils and infused with crystal energy aligned to each of the Chakras. You will choose the colour that you are most drawn to and we will work with that Chakra with a positive affirmation to bring balance and healing.

This deeply restorative ritual weaves together crystal energy, sacred oils and intuitive Reiki healing to help you release the old year and reconnect with your inner glow.

Grounded in the Earth's winter wisdom, you'll be wrapped in soothing warmth, gentle touch and the soft pulse of Reiki-infused light.

Smokey Quartz anchors you, Rose Quartz opens the heart, and Sunstone rekindles your inner fire - reminding you that your light never fades, even in the darkest months.

You will be greeted with a warm mug of citrus and ginger tea, set your intention for the coming Winter, and ground with Smokey Quartz. I will anoint you with warm oils and cleanse your energy. Then you will recieve Crystal Reiki healing with a Winter Crystal grid to release and renew, followed by a warm oil massage to encourage deep rest. Finally you will be given a journal prompt to take away and work on in your own time.
