Sacred Sole foot cleanse with Reflexology in September

As we gently move from the warmth and expansiveness of summer into the quieter energy of autumn, September invites us to slow down, ground ourselves and turn our attention inwards.

Archangel Sandalphon meditation wtih Angelic Reiki

For those receiving an Angelic Reiki session in September, I'll be incorporating a special guided meditation connecting with Archangel Sandalphon, the Archangel of grounding and our connection to Mother Earth and your Earth Star chakra.

Sandalphon's energy is gentle, steady and deeply grounding. His presence can support us in coming back into our bodies, finding our centre and feeling rooted when life feels busy or overwhelming.

During the meditation, we'll visualise grounding roots extending from your feet deep into Mother Earth, allowing you to release what feels heavy and receive the calm, nurturing energy of the Earth beneath you.
